The Godliness of Wes Welker

The first 6 weeks of the NFL season has given us one of the most tremendous stretches by any NFL player, ever. Not only is Wes Welker leading the league in receiving yards, yards per game, and first downs….. not only is he on pace to have the best season by a Wide receiver, EVER (on pace for 2300+ yards and 16 touchdowns)…. but the man is, well…. dwarfish compared to his competitors. Since college, the man has been discounted even after an amazing college career at Texas Tech.

NFL 2011 MVP Predictions

Here are my preseason NFL MVP predictions. One thing you might notice is they are QB heavy, a noticeable trend in the league this year. QB play should be explosive this year, scoring will be up, and the 15 or so teams with talented QBs will separate from those that don’t…like the Jets.
